Institutions can use the worksheet to develop or refine their AI communication strategy and identify potential blindspots. We encourage you to use this to create more comprehensive AI guidelines and communication structures.

This worksheet is best utilised with reference to the Digital Education Council’s Executive Briefing #011, “Elevating AI Communication”, which focusses on the communication of AI guidelines and policies in higher education institutions.
